Me and my wife were suggested the Everest Base Camp Trekking for Seniors by Escape Himalaya when we had corresponded with them on the December of 2016. Since we are both over 50 years of age, we were a bit skeptical about trekking at such high altitudes but we really had wanted to do trekking in Nepal, and our wish was fulfilled ever so brilliantly by Escape Himalaya. Most of the praises would definitely go towards Rajendra who was our guide for the trek and his patience and chivalry made everything so much more easier and his obliging nature is one of the most friendly attributes of Rajendra. He was always looking out for me and my wife, patiently waiting for us when we were a bit slow on the trails and carrying our heavy packs. Our Porter, Mani, as well, was of immense help and the lovely views on the mountains were everything that made this trek worthwhile. The weather was clear and the accommodations, the transportation, meals and scheduling facilities were absolutely divine! One of the best attributes of the whole trek were the hospitable and friendly people of the villages, my wife really loved them and their way of life and their interactions. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we are so happy and we are extremely gleeful that we went through with it, with Escape Himalaya.
Thank you Rajendra for everything and for your kind and helpful character and for your profound help. Thank you Escape Himalaya and everything at the agency for letting us fulfill one of our dreams!
