The trekking trail is adorned magnificently by the colorful canopy provided by the blossoming of lush rhododendron flowers and alpine vegetation of oak, fir and cedars. Upon reaching Ghorepani, you would be presented with a marvelous view of the panoramic vistas of the Annapurna ranges, and watching the celestial Sun rise and Sun set from behind the Annapurna mountain peaks from Ghorepani and Poon Hill is simply an out-of-this-world experience. Mountain peaks like Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Nilgiri, Annapurna I and Dhaulagiri among many others is quite captivating.
Passing along the settlement of Ghasa, you would be subjected to the cultures and traditions of the Thakali people who live there. Villages like Kokethanti, Kalopani and Lete along the trekking trail presents an amazing opportunity for you to have a closer look at the practices and customs of the people. The beguiling view of the Dhaulagiri Himal is ever in your trekking company as it looms like a colossal giant in the distant, keeping its vigil. Walking through Marpha is another beautiful experience as you will get to savor the delicacy of various apple products and produces. Visiting the Muktinath temple, along with various other monasteries and places of worship is one of the highlights of the Lower Mustang Trek. The temple is devoted to Lord Vishnu and you shall see one hundred and eight water taps pouring jovially around it.
